We were Wagon Masters for Adventure Caravans’ 58 day trip to Alaska. Fifty miles before the end of the trip one of our caravaners had a major accident. They, Mr. and Mrs. Powers, were in the hospital at Vanderhoof, B.C., when they called SkyMed for help. To our amazement and delight, you flew them both home.
We have heard many stories, most negative, about “medical flight services”. We had never experienced SkyMed services before. We were certain that when the Powers called you, that you would say, “Sorry, you’re already receiving medical care there.” Instead, you arranged for their flight and as soon as they were stabilized, you flew them back home to Little Rock, Arkansas. We will surely recommend SkyMed without hesitation to everyone we meet.
Thank you so much for your quick response; you certainly made our jobs as Wagon Masters easier. And we know the Powers blessed the day they bought their SkyMed membership.
