Johnnie and Bonnie Mayo were looking forward to their vacation on the island paradise of Maui. They barely had time to relax and enjoy themselves, as on their second day there, Johnnie fell and broke his hip. Johnnie was rushed to the hospital, and underwent surgery.
Wrote Bonnie, once at the hospital, I gave the case worker SkyMed’s number and I did not have to make one phone call! Everything was taken care of in a very quick and efficient manner. The arrangements were prompt and way beyond what we expected. The hospital’s case worker and SkyMed took care of everything. How wonderful! It took a big load off of me. The caseworker said she had never worked with such a nice, cooperative company and would recommend them to any one. The RN that accompanied us back was super! SkyMed is wonderful and by far the most important money we have spent on insurance. We are still amazed at the wonderful treatment we had with SkyMed.
