Terry and Kathryn Wilburn were vacationing in Show Low, Arizona when Terry became sick. Kathryn immediately took Terry to the local emergency room, where they were told that Terry needed immediate surgery.
Terry wrote, “I went to the hospital’s emergency room, where I was checked out by the hospital doctor who told me I needed a specialty surgeon that was not available in Show Low. He informed me that I needed to be transported to a hospital with the proper surgeon and equipment.”
