A Vagabundos Travel Club member, friend of Virginia’s called their local doctor and stated that Virginia was experiencing severe cardiac problems. It was determined that Virginia was critical and needed pacemaker. She needed to get back to her doctors and hospital in Spokane Washington immediately.
SkyMed made the arrangements the same day, and by evening Ms. Kiefer was on her way back to Spokane and surgery.
